Life Experiences: Problems, Solutions and Happiness

No problem can be solved from the same level of consciousness that created it.

Some problems occur due to our own mistakes and its effect is our consequence or we may call it 'Karma'. What are the things we do that brings us into a problem? Here are some:

1. Disobedient to parents. Most of the youth follows their own will and neglects the advices given by the elders. Lack of respects and ruling over their parents is what young people usually do nowadays. It is stated in the Bible under the 10 Commandments: Respect your mother and your father. By violating this command, many unexpected things may happen like early pregnancy, community troubles, and the worst possible thing that could happen is death.

2. Showing bad attitude or being unkind that makes people hate you. Since our world is round and what goes up must come down, what you've done to others may also happen to you. Doing bad things may cause them to take revenge against you. Karma usually happens in this case and sometimes even worst.

3. Clinging yourself in bad habits. We all know the difference between what is right form what is wrong. But most of the times we rather choose to do the wrong thing than the right one although we know that this might hurt us and suffer in the end. And when we are already in that position of regretting, we have no other people to blame but ourselves alone.

Let me give you some few guidelines in order for you to be happy. I hope this little help can bring a big change.

1. Be positive. Although troubles destroy us and our lives as well, we must not take it seriously but rather think of a solution and be positive towards it. Do not let the negative side overcome your faith. Be strong. Fight. And never give up. Always take a deep breath and think of the wonderful things that happened before, and will happen again once you take the right path.

2. Think of a comeback. Do not focus on what is happening in your recent life under obstacles instead think of your future, a merrier one. Do not just sit down, cry and be drowned by pain. Stand up and do some action! Aim for a joyful life and reach for a better you. Everyone deserves to be happy and it can be found everywhere, we just have to open our hearts, mind and eyes to find it.

3. Pray and don't forget to ask a supervision to God. He is powerful, our Creator and Saviour. Nothing is impossible and anything can happen if you choose to be with Him and serve. Seek for His guidance, He is the best among our best friends, tell God to give you wisdom in order for you to understand and know the right thing that you will be needing to do. Among the solutions, this is the best solution ever!

We are responsible for our own happiness. Happiness can be achieved any time of the day, we just have to find it and work hard for it.
